I recently enjoyed a delightful weekend at Sonder Ellis Square in the heart of Savannah's Historic District, and let me tell you—it was a fantastic choice! The spacious 3-bedroom suite was perfect for our little getaway with friends, complete with four large, modern bathrooms that eliminated any morning rush for the shower, a blessing for those of us who appreciate a good lie-in. The location couldn't be better, where we found ourselves just moments away from charming shops and vibrant dining options. After enjoying some delicious Southern fare, we strolled through the cobblestoned streets, marveling at the oak trees draped with Spanish moss – quintessential Savannah! Having a well-equipped kitchen was a standout for me. We made some light snacks to enjoy while binge-watching our new favorite historical drama on the flat-screen TV. And let’s not forget the bonus of free parking—something I won’t take for granted after shelling out $40 a night at other hotels. While the nearby nightlife added a lively buzz, it was a tiny trade-off for being steps away from fun—you can’t have it all!
